Yurin   : Hey Sutiah !long time no see! And now your bakery business has gone achievement!

Sutiah : Thank you, Yurin. I’m still trying as best as I can satisfy every customer.

Yurin   : Wow, can you tell me the story of your success, Sutiah?

Sutiah : Well, before my business goes this biq, I also experienced hard times. At the first time stating out my bakery, my factoy where I made the bakery foods was in my own house’s kitchen. I did everything by myself. I made the dough, I baked the dough, I packed the bakey foods, Imarketed and distributed my bakery foods to food stalls to be resold all by my self. I tried my best to satisfy people and make them love my bakery foods.

Yurin   : And then… what happened next?

Sutiah : Over time, many people began to like my bakery foods. Seeing that opportunity, with adeguate fund of bank loan and driven by strong will, I decided to build and open up my own bakery. It wasn’t still a large bakery. I stopped selling my bakery foods to the food stalls and began to sell them in my own small bakery.

Yurin   : Did many people come to buy right after you opened the bakery?

Sutiah : It was like I needed to start over again. I had to introduce my new-open bakery to      people once more. I made brochures and leaflets to get people know my bakery. And    finally, people started to come over my bakery. My bakery customers then increased in number by the help of mouth-to-mouth promotions. That was how my marketing strategy worked.

Yurin   : Wow, weren’t you overwhelmed to handle those customers all by your self?

Sutiah : Of course, I had trouble to meet customer’s demands. Therefore, I decided to employ workers to work on my bakery. I started out employing 3 workers; 2 workers to work with me making the bakery foods back in the kitchen, and the rest became cashier and salesclerk that serve customers.

Yurin   : Do you need more workers then?

Sutiah : Of course, my scale of production was getting massive over time. Therefore, I started to employ more workers, enlarge and trim up my bakery, enhance my business strategy until today.

Yurin   : What do you consider as the most important thing in running your bakery business?

Sutiah : Definitely costumer’s satisfaction. I wouldn’t have run my business smoothly if I belittled customer’s satisfaction. One satisfaction of a customer is enough to attract other customers to come.

Yurin  :  That’s great, Sutiah. Thank you for sharing. I wish your story can be helpful for me someday.

HOLIDAY TRAVEL BRIEFS Nyepi  Day

In the bright morning, exactly on 29 March 2014 I'm getting - ready to pack all the goods - the things I need her later.Di days before my friend had booked a bus ticket and we both agreed to leave Saturday afternoon of "Lebak Bulus." And I not intend to go to college and permissions so that I can go on a week day repetition because it does not enter the lab lecture.

Me and my friend agreed to meet at the terminal "Lebak Bulus" but since we're both a little innate - a little so we agreed to pack belongings into one bag so I went to her house and eventually we both threw another word - a funny word so we both laughed.

At about 02:00 pm my best friend for getting a bath - ready to go and I was told to shower again but I declined because of the I had a shower and with his humorous style he was leaving the shower.

And the day was getting late we both said goodbye left, around at 03:00 pm we walked toward the road and we both ride public transportation to the terminal "Lebak Bulus" the weather is hot enough to make us both sweat grain - grain corn.

With the rush - we both rushed toward the bus departure point but unfortunately we are going to the bus arrived at the terminal has not been stuck in traffic due to the terminal so that when departure schedule that had retreated to 04:00 at 05:00 pm.

Not unexpectedly when the bus turns into the best friend lost his wallet so do not have any money left over, but fortunately there was money in the pocket so it could be for the cost of returning to Jakarta.

Along the way we were both joking and eating snacks brought from home and into the next morning stomach began to feel hungry but no food that can be eaten, the seconds become noticeably longer when stomach began hunger can not hold anymore to distract both of us to be patient hunger jokingly, not long before we reached the destination that is precisely starch in Semarang, Central Java.

How happy time to place the goal and the hunger was gone instantly while viewing the hilly atmosphere - full of beautiful hillside plantations of corn, cassava and others are not bored - bored eyes looking and fresh air without the fumes are so bad it's like breathing and during 2 days 1 night we were there to enjoy the atmosphere and eventually we had to go back to Jakarta and active as usual to go to college and we hope that vacation to that place again.
